Beginning Canoe/Kayak

For campers who would like to learn the basics of canoeing and/or kayaking. Trips earlier in the week will be on flat water on the Farmington River, but once the campers have developed their basic handling skills, our trips will take us to some faster moving water.

This is a good introduction to paddling for campers who would like to prepare for the whitewater trip or learn more about canoeing and kayaking in a fun and safe environment. Introduction and equipment are provided by Collinsville Canoe & Kayak.  Boats, paddles, and life jackets are provided.
