Fee: $425
Experience the fun of biking, canoeing, kayaking, climbing, hiking, swimming and games.

give the campers an opportunity to work on team building, planning and cooperation.
The girls will have the chance to canoe or kayak down the Farmington River.
This is always a fun and beautiful adventure. We will spend two overnights in Vermont where we will
swim in the refreshing mountain waters, hike through some of the most beautiful forests and plan and
prepare our meals together. We will also do a bit of shopping at the Vermont Country Store and others
on our way back.
This trip is sure to be a good time with all activities included in the fee of
$425 fee. Maximum of eight girls. Camp will not be in session July 4, 2008.
Skateboarding Week
Dates: June 30 - July 3, 2008
Fee: $425
Travel to the best skate parks in Connecticut and try out the
different ramps, jumps and halfpipes to master your skills. We’ll board a bus
each morning and drive out to the park of the day and spend enough time to
get your fill of all it has to offer.
After lunch, spend some time constructing your own grinding bar,
ramp, or fun box that will be yours to take home at the end of the week.
Mixed in between are chances to learn and try new techniques and share information
with other boarders on the best equipment and places to ride.
On hot afternoons, there’ll be time for a swim, or for ice cream,
or both!! Pre-trip surveys to campers ensure we design a week that includes
what the group wants to focus on.
All travel is included in the $425 fee. Camp will not be in session July 4, 2008.

terrain and different conditions. Instruction will include proper use of brakes, gears,
weight, and balance. Most of the rides are planned to be on the vast myriad of MDC

Day trips to similar trails around the Farmington Valley are also planned.

and eye protection (sunglasses). All travel is included in the $485 fee.
