Ecuador Medical Clinic & School Service w/ Amazon River Basin Tour

Building on our highly successful trip in 2011, Renbrook Summer Adventure is returning to Riobamba, Ecuador to continue our work with the children of Chimborazo province. Clinica Dulce Refugio, a free medical clinic for children age 15 and under, services the Riobamba community with free medical and dental care.

Volunteering at the clinic, building & repairing playground equipment, and delivering badly needed supplies for the nearby school will be central themes. The clinic will also sponsor trips out to remote villages where our group will provide support logistics in the delivery of healthcare and education to children and families without access to even the simplest medical care.

On our way to Riobamba, we will tour Rainforest of the Amazon River headwaters, with rafting, rappelling, canoeing, and hiking.

Here we will forge the group dynamics and bonds necessary to face our challenges ahead of service to the communities high in the Andes Mountains.
