Ice Hockey

We’re excited to announce the offering of the Renbrook Hockey Clinic through Renbrook Summer
Adventure this year. This program is open to boys and girls entering grades 5-10, with prior ice hockey
experience necessary. Two three-week sessions will be held at the International Skating Center of
Connecticut in Simsbury.

*While the clinic will be offered through Summer Adventure, interested families
do not need to be enrolled in Summer Adventure full time in order to participate. Transportation between
Renbrook and ISCC will be provided for those campers who are enrolled in Renbrook Summer Adventure.
Campers will work on skating, stickhandling, and shooting. Emphasis on positional skills, line-oriented
drills, such as the break-out, forecheck, and power play, will also be addressed.

 

DETAILS

Session I: June 27 – July 15
Session II: July 18 – August 5

  • 4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri)
  • On ice from 1:40 – 2:40 PM daily
  • Full Equipment Required
  • Group size between 12 and 20 skaters
  • Cost for one session is $350 per child
  • Campers will receive a practice jersey

Brian Farrell: Ice Hockey Coach for Renbrook School. Harvard University Ice Hockey Team (1990-
1994). Ten years of professional hockey experience.
Nick Boorman: Ice Hockey Coach for Suffield Wildcats Hockey
