Band and Jazz Band

Summer Adventure Camp Band (grades 6-9)
|
|
Using our new band and practice rooms, middle school students going into sixth-grade
will enjoy camp activities as well as participate in a daily one hour band rehearsal. Our band director
will engage campers in a variety of music repertoire to build performance skills. Band instruments
to be included are: flute, clarinet, oboe, bassoon, saxophone, trumpet, French horn, trombone,
baritone horn, tuba, and percussion.

Jazz Band (grades 6-9)
|
|
Campers will enjoy engaging many styles of contemporary swing,
and rock music. Instruments to be inlcuded are: trumpet, trombone, piano or keyboard, guitar, bass, percussion,
and alto, tenor or baritone saxophone.

|
Concerts on the Lawn
|
|
At the end of each session parents and campers are invited to a lunch time band
and jazz band concert to enjoy the accomplishments of our musicians.
